1. How are StampIX Stamps made and what are they made of?

StampIX Stamps are made using advanced and exclusive flash technology with high resolution thermal film printer.
Digital image from the printer is transferred to a special stamp material to make a very realistic and life like image.
StampIX special ink, when applied to the surface of the stamp face, it soaks in after a few minutes and once wiped clean you are ready to start stamping. You can get over 300 stamps before you need to re-ink, then you can start stamping all over again.
All materials used to make a StampIX Stamp are of the highest quality.
The StampIX ink contains special ingredients that have been created exclusively for use with your StampIX Stamp.
For best results, only use your StampIX Stamp on paper. The specially formulated StampIX ink ensures that your stamp images will last longer than traditional stamps and will work best on paper or other similar material. StampIX ink may stain fabrics, furniture and other surfaces.

2. What type of picture can I use?

You can send us a digital picture image of yourself, your friend, mom or dad, a sister or brother, a baby, your grandma or grandpa…even one of your pet.

3. How can I be sure to get the best quality StampIX Stamp?

Start with a Neutral Colored Background – A good StampIX Stamp starts with a good digital picture or image. For best results be sure to shoot your picture on a plain or neutral colored background like a plain wall or door. Make sure the background color is different than the clothes color on the person you are taking the picture of. In other words don’t shoot a white dog on a white background.
Head and Shoulder Shots – Move to within 3-4 feet from the person or animal that you wish to make a StampIX Stamp with and try to get the head and shoulders in the frame with room around their head from top to the sides.
Set Your Camera to 1,200dpi – For best resolution never set your camera at less than 600dpi and ideally make sure your camera is set at 1,200dpi (higher resolutions will also work and enhance the quality of your StampIX Stamp even up to 2,400dpi).
Center and Shoot a Full Image - Try not to cut off the top of the head or have the person or animal off to one side of the picture. Be sure to have them in the center of the frame and cropping is not required as we do that for you.

PLEASE NOTE: Synetics reserves the right to reject any digital image that is not that of person or animal or other acceptable object. We may also reject photos that are explicit, blurry or below acceptable quality. We will email a rejection to you and cancel your order or advise you to resend another image.

4. What color choices are there for My StampIX Stamp?

You can order your choice from 9 Special StampIX Ink colors including Black, Brown, Blue, Sky Blue, Red, Pink, Orange, Green and Purple.

5. I don’t have a digital camera; can I send you a photo?

Yes, mail your photo and order voucher to our office. We will return the photo together with your StampIX Stamp

6. Can I order online or mail you a check and photo?

Sorry, our website does not provide e-commerce service. Our ordering process is simple; just purchase the order voucher from any of our outlets.

7. What do I do if I can’t seem to send my image to you?

You may like to post your photo and order voucher to us.

8. How do I check on the status of my order?

The average order takes about 1 week from the time we receive and accept your order. If you have not received your order by then please send us an email to support@synetics.com.sg. We will check the status and confirm the status of your order.

9. What if I get the wrong Stamp?

Immediately send the StampIX stamp to Synetics, attention to “StampIX Stamp Customer Care” and resend your picture image and voucher info to support@synetics.com.sg.

10. How safe is using the STAMPIX Stamp?

Ink stains – STAMPIX Stamp ink comes off with most stain removal products if treated immediately after the incident.
In eyes – Never put the stamp or the ink anywhere near your eyes as it may irritate them. Should this occur immediately wash with water and seek medical assistance.
My child/pet tasted it – Licking the stamp should have little or no effect. If your child or pet should swallow the cap or casing seek medical assistance immediately.

11. What do I need to know about StampIX Stamp Ink?

Only StampIX Stamp inks are made for StampIX Stamps. The special formula helps ensure the quality and color of your stamp for hundreds and hundreds of stamps.
Each 2cc StampIX ink refill can refill 10 to 20 times depending on the size of the stamp. Each inking allows you to stamp more than 300 times.
Changing colors from your original StampIX Stamp is not recommended. The best thing to do is order another StampIX Stamp, that way you will have several colors of your image for every occasion.

PLEASE NOTE: Synetics will not be responsible for the replacement of damaged stamps in the event that: any other ink other than StampIX ink is used on the stamp; if the stamp surface is washed; or if the stamp is used on surfaces other than paper.
